Jacqueline’s journey can be described as the road less travelled. After studying business, she leapt into the world of stage, television, and film. Today, she is a facilitator, executive coach, professional emcee and moderator.

As a facilitator and coach, she brings a unique blend of academic grounding and performance experience, with a focus on leadership development and communication. Her sessions are highly practice-oriented. Applying theory to real-life conversations through the lens of performance rehearsals. Clients benefit from this action-based approach, gaining immediate feedback and achieving meaningful behavioural shifts. Her current coaching clients include senior leaders in banks and regional leader in chemical manufacturing organization and pharmaceuticals.

A bilingual facilitator (English and Mandarin), Jacqueline delivers impactful programs globally. From large-scale sessions to small group coaching, both in person and virtually, she creates engaging experiences around topics like difficult conversations, giving and receiving feedback, influencing stakeholders, executive presence and more. Currently, she is both a facilitator and coach for a series of multi-touch, hybrid programs designed for senior leaders and high-potential talents.

She has worked with organizations across industries, including financial institutions, pharmaceuticals, consulting, tech,  lifestyle, luxury and beauty brands.

Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) and a Master of Science (MSc) in Management, both from the National University of Singapore.
