Joshua Voon 文俊華 is a Facilitator and a Leadership Coach with a mandate to help leaders and their teams amplify exceptional performance. With pragmatic approaches to human transformation, Joshua’s array of competencies is expressed via a strategic blend of consulting, coaching, and facilitation.
Joshua has collaborated and worked with a diverse pool of talent and thought leaders that focus on helping leaders and organisations become a force for good - today and for future generations. Commonsensical, approachable and results oriented, Joshua creates flourishing enterprises by unlocking the latent capacity in the organisation through mindset, emotions, purpose, values, culture and flow. Joshua draws on a number of disciplines including the Cognitive Sciences of Neuro-Semantics, Positive Psychology, and Self-Actualization Psychology of Maslow.
Joshua has engaged in both short-term and long-term assignments in Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Pakistan, Qatar, Lebanon, Kuwait, Bahrain, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Vietnam; garnering him experience in cultural diversity across multiple industries: in aviation, pharmaceutical, financial services, luxury goods, telecommunications, entrepreneurial groups, retail, and nonprofits.
Joshua is driven by a personal sense of responsibility to leave the world a better place. He graduated with an MBA from the University of Adelaide, is a keen student of Wing Chun, and certified in Neuro-Semantics-NLP as a Trainer and accredited Meta-Coach. He speaks and writes English, Cantonese and Mandarin fluently and is 5Echo’s primary facilitator for China.
